Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the item was delivered, we regret that we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where returns are refused or only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  3. The customized products for the reasons not due to our error.
  4. For the sale items at a very low price.

Note: you should contact us before to get the warehouse that is closest to your country or origin.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email about the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 workdays, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Note: we are not responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account once more. Then, contact your credit card company; it might take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There’s often a processing period before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed these steps and haven’t received your refund yet, please reach out to us at customerservice@pgfuntransmission.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@pgfuntransmission, and contact us to get the warehouse address and mail the item within 3 days.

Note: The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
