When it works with other tools, like tool setter, please ensure the sensitivity of the tool setter is higher than this edge finder (trigger force less than 2.7N).

Note 1: Use the 0.001" Dial Indicator Adjusting the Concentricity (Not the 0.0001" Dial Indicator)

Note 2: Let the Dial Indicator Point to the Ball Stylus of the Touch Probe, Not the Body of the Touch Probe.

It may be caused due to violent shipping or over-triggering, you can correct it by adjusting the concentricity by the set screws. if the tip was bent, you need to replace the tip and then adjust the concentricity.
