Tips: You may prepare air tubing with outer diameters of 12 mm and 10 mm in advance, or 1/2″ and 3/8″ outer diameter hoses.

Attentions:
1. Recommended Minimum vacuum pressure required: -80 kPa (-85 kPa for strong force manufacturing), an insufficient vacuum pressure will result in weak suction. The recommended workpiece size for this vacuum table is: 100mm x 100mm(min), and the height 3-25mm, for higher workpiece manufacturing, the assistant fixture tool is needed to avoid damage to machines and workpieces due to flyout.
2. It is suitable for a variety of material workpieces, like stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper, PVC, etc., but processing workpieces made of bakelite, fiberglass, graphite, or similar materials is not recommended, as these materials may generate fine dust that can clog the suction holes.
3. Ensure the back surface of the workpiece is flat (flatness ≤ 0.2mm) and non-deformable; otherwise, stable adsorption cannot be achieved.
4. Since there is only one air chamber inside the vacuum chuck without internal separation, be sure to apply PTFE tape to the pipe threads when replacing air fittings to prevent air leaks, ensuring a strong and stable vacuum supply within the chamber.
5. You can contact us to obtain the relevant documents for manufacturing metal protective plates or replacing silicone protective pads. When replacing the silicone pad on your own, ensure that a hard-surface silicone pad is used. Soft or flexible silicone pads cannot guarantee the flatness of the chuck surface and tend to cause air leakage during machining, resulting in insufficient holding force.
